Heating & Air Conditioning

A lot of uncertainty can follow building a new home or upgrading an old one. When it comes to your HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), you have some options. Your contractor may arrange and hire a company to design/execute a vent system, but typically you as the home owner will select a company to work with your contractor and meet with them directly.

What to expect from Kles-Air Mechanical:

We do everything in house, from start to finish, in roughly about three visits to your new home. We will meet with you in person to review the drawings of your construction before providing you with a proposal on your project. From there we complete the initial internal and external rough ins (hole cuts) for the ventilation. Once the house is sealed, we will go in and install your product. As the house is in the final stages of completion, we'll place vent covers, finishing touches and finally turning your new system on.

For retrofitting already built homes, we offer a free in-home consultation to meet with you and discuss your options for modifications. Once you've received and approved a work proposal, we will work with you to schedule rough ins and installation.
